KanganaRanaut praises director Aditya Dhar for Dhurandhar 2’s success

The actor-politician took to social media to say that Aditya Dhar is inspiring youngsters and shining brighter than any hero.

Dhurandhar: The Revenge has already broken box-office records in just two days of its worldwide release. Amidst many industry people, fans, critics, and stars who have lauded director Aditya Dhar’s work, actor-politician KanganaRanaut too came forward to praise him for the film.

The actor and MP recently took to social media to hail Aditya Dhar for the success of Dhurandhar 2, stating that his story would inspire other youngsters to be like him. The film has already received praise from audiences and industry insiders such as S. S. Rajamouli, Rakesh Roshan, Ram Gopal Varma, and others. Kangana also penned a message, calling Aditya Dhar the best thing about the success of Dhurandhar 2.

On Saturday, she took to Instagram to share a message expressing her happiness over the film’s success. She wrote, “The best thing about Dhurandhar’s success is that Aditya Dhar, @adityadharfilms, a superstar director, is established. Hollywood superstar directors are always far bigger than superstar actors. Eg: Spielberg, Tarantino, Nolan. We never give our filmmakers enough respect or credit.” Sharing how directors in India are not given enough recognition, she wrote, “They are overworked, underpaid and bullied by superstars. As a result, I never meet any young person, insider/outsider, who dreams of becoming a filmmaker, director of photography or any other technician. Everyone claims to be talented, but they only want to be actors. Here is a superstar filmmaker shining brighter than any hero. Apart from her, S.S Rajamouli also praised Aditya for “hitting it out of the park” with Dhurandhar 2, while Rakesh Roshan commended him for “starting a new era of filmmaking” with his latest release.
