Salman Khan to do his next with director VamshiPaidipally

The actor made the official announcement of his next film by posting about it on social media.

Salman Khan has now confirmed his next project after Maatrubhumi. The action-thriller will be directed by VamshiPaidipally and produced by Dil Raju. Salman and Vamshi will be collaborating for the first time.

Salman recently took to X to announce an exciting new collaboration with director VamshiPaidipally and producer Dil Raju, after Maatrubhumi. Posting a photo of Vamshi, Salman wrote in the caption, “Dil, Dimag, Jigar se from this April with @directorvamshi and #DilRaju.” Shree Venkateswara Productions also took to their X account and shared more details about the project. It read, “Salman Khan – A Phenomenon who has delivered countless moments of celebration to audiences across the world … Now joins hands with our very own, dearest blockbuster filmmaker VamshiPaidipally for #SVC63. #SalmanKhanVamshiPaidipallyFilm goes on floors this April… destined for glory.”

Dil Raju will produce the new film under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations. The filmmaker-producer duo join hands for the first time with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. The new project is reportedly an action thriller, according to reports. Dil Raju thus far has produced over 60 films and won two National Film Awards for producing Telugu films Maharshi and ShatamanamBhavati. On the other hand, the director VamshiPaidipally made his directorial debut with the Prabhas-starrer Munna and soon established himself as a filmmaker delivering star-driven spectacles. He went on to direct Brindavanam with Jr NTR, the action entertainer Yevadu featuring Ram Charan and Allu Arjun playing cameo, and Maharshi, which won him the National Film Award. Vamshi also directed Tamil superstar Vijay in the blockbuster Varisu.

Vamshi and Dil Raju have previously collaborated on five successful films, all of which were blockbuster hits. The production of their next project with Salman Khan is set to begin next month, and more details will be unveiled soon.
