A man was seen confronting a woman clerk at Bhopal station for a ‘ticket scam.’

The video, which has now gone viral, shows how a heated exchange at the Bhopal railway station was caught on camera after a man accused ticketing staff of being a “broker” for passengers waiting in line. The video was shared on X by a user named Suraj Kumar Bauddh, who called it a “ticket scam”, while the “broker”, who was not in the queue, was issued a ticket first. In the post, he claimed, “This shows a nexus between staff and agents.” He added, “We demand quick action against this. Such illegal marketing must be banned.”

More on the viral video of the man confronting the railway staff.

In the clip, the man confronted the woman clerk at the ticket counter while recording the incident, questioning why a particular individual was repeatedly being given priority and allowed to bypass the queue. He asked, “Kaahekapehle number haitera? Kyun madam? Yeh sab meinkyainkapehle number hi rehtahai” (What do you mean by this priority? Why, madam? Do they always get served first in everything?). He also alleged conspiracy, saying, “Kya aapkemilibhagat se horahahaiyeh? Paagalsamajhrahehokya customer ko?” (Is this happening with your involvement? Do you think customers are fools?). As the argument escalated, he warned, “DRM ko tag karunga and Rail Mantrikobhi tag karunga, naukrichalijaayegiaapki” (I will tag the DRM and even the Railway Minister; you could lose your job). The woman, seated at the counter, pushed back, asking, “Mere se badtameezikarrahehoaap” (Are you misbehaving with me?)

Netizens react to the viral video.

Responding to the allegations, the Divisional Railway Manager Bhopal replied, saying that the matter had been flagged to the concerned officials for immediate corrective measures. One user reacted, “The issue shown in the video is not just limited to one station; it is happening at many places. During Tatkal booking, the website often shows errors or does not work properly, but brokers still manage to get tickets easily. This is unfair for common people. The Railway Department should take necessary action and improve the system so that everyone gets a fair chance to book tickets.” Another expressed, “Don’t circulate rumours about corruption. Double engine sarkar in Madhya Pradesh 😂”
