Kangana Ranaut recently had taken to her social media handle to congratulate Indian wrestler Vinesh Phogat on reaching the finals at the Paris Olympics 2024 while also slightly taking a dig at her. However, Vinesh Phogat was disqualified a few hours before the finals as she was found “overweight.” Kangana Ranaut again took to her Instagram story to support the Indian wrestler.

Kangana Ranaut took to her Instagram stories to support the Indian wrestler Vinesh Phogat and gave her strength. After taking a subtle dig at Vinesh Phogat for protesting against PM Modi while congratulating her on reaching the finals at the Paris Olympics 2024, Kangana also supports the Indian wrestler following her disqualification. Vinesh Phogat was disqualified at the Olympics for being overweight in the women’s 50kg category on the morning of her bout.

Kangana Ranaut took to Instagram stories to support Vinesh and gave her strength. She reposted Vinesh’s latest image and wrote, “Mat ro Vinesh, aapke saath khada hai pura desh (Don’t cry, the whole country is standing beside you).” She also reposted an image of the Indian Association Chief PT Usha meeting Vinesh on Instagram stories and called her “Sherni.”

Vinesh Phogat was disqualified after being found overweight just before the start of her final at the Paris Olympics against USA’s Sarah Ann Hildebrandt.
