Alia Bhatt bursts into laughter when Kapil teases her about a “girl who was in Ranbir’s life before her.”

The Great Indian Kapil Show is back on Netflix. The guests were Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar. Recently, a clip of the episode went viral, in which Alia Bhatt said she is now Alia Bhatt Kapoor. The actor, who has been busy promoting her much-awaited film Jigra, dropped a new song with Diljit Dosanjh, “Chal Kudiye.” She appeared on the show with the film’s producer, Karan Johar, and her co-star in the film Vedang Raina.

What did Kapil Sharma tease Alia Bhatt about?

In the promo, toward the end, Kapil looks serious as he tells Alia, “I want to tell you something today. There was a girl in Ranbir’s life. Should I call her here right now?” Alia responded, “You are going to call her on this show?” She burst into laughter when she saw Sunil Grover walk towards her while he was dressed as Dafli in a saree.

Alia talks about becoming friends with Ranbir.

The promo began with host Kapil Sharma asking Karan Johar ‘what does he see in Alia? A friend, a daughter, or a phoopi (aunt)?’ Karan replied in Hindi before he kissed Alia’s forehead, “For me, she is my first daughter.” The filmmaker said, “I have helped many people progress their relationships. However, I am single.” Alia said, “I want to share one thing about Karan – he has a strong sixth sense. When Ranbir Kapoor and I became friends…” Karan laughed and cut her in to say, “As if you became friends…”

Karan then spoke about how he was a part of two ‘mommies groups,’ every morning, they all share ‘good morning ladies’ messages, and he had to remind them that he was also part of their groups.
