Many Bollywood celebrities were seen arriving to pay their final respects to the legendary late actor Manoj Kumar, who died on Friday.
Bollywood’s legendary star, Manoj Kumar, aka Bharat Kumar, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025. On Sunday, a prayer meeting was held in Mumbai, where many Bollywood celebrities were spotted arriving to pay their final respects to the icon. The veteran actor and director died at the age of 87.

The entire film industry is grieving the demise of Manoj Kumar, a veteran actor and director of the Hindi film industry. Several stars were in attendance on Sunday for his prayer meeting, including Aamir Khan, Jaya Bachchan, Farhan Akhtar, and Neil Nitin Mukesh, to name a few. In the videos shared by the paparazzi on Instagram, many celebrities were spotted arriving at the prayer meeting venue in Mumbai on Sunday. Aamir Khan was spotted in a grey kurta, and a pair of faded jeans at the prayer meet. Jaya Bachchan arrived in a white churidar set. She greeted the family and relatives with folded hands and made her way through the entrance.
Amitabh Bachchan attended Manoj Kumar’s funeral.
Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan attended the star’s funeral on Saturday. He also met writer Salim Khan. Amitabh Bachchan walked towards Salim Khan, who beamed upon spotting the actor. They shook hands while Amitabh took Salim’s hand and started walking. Salim called him, and the duo shared a brief conversation and a hug. Abhishek was also seen greeting Salim with a hug.
Meanwhile, other stars spotted at the prayer meet included Rakesh Roshan, Sonu Nigam, Krishika Lulla, Esha Deol and others.
