The clip is from a Primary Health Centre in the district, which captures the animal walking straight up to the doctor’s chair, munching on papers from the desk. The hospital appears deserted, with no staff in sight. The person behind the camera used the footage to highlight the sorry state of the healthcare system, where even cattle can wander unchecked.
