Taj Mahal, located on the banks of the Yamuna River in Uttar Pradesh’s Agra, was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. While it is open to the public, as one of the seven wonders of the world, access to the actual tombs of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal has long been restricted. However, a video, which has now gone viral on the internet, stirs curiosity as it reveals a rare glimpse into the prohibited areas of the Taj Mahal. The viral video appears to capture the hidden pathway leading to the underground chamber where the real graves of the royal couple lie. The identity of the person who entered the area is unknown. The video was shared on Instagram by @dinbhar_bharat_. Set to the backdrop of the Bollywood classic “Jo Wada Kiya,” the clip quickly gained traction.
