The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) had a big win at their last home game in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. They beat the Rajasthan Royals and moved up to 3rd place in the standings. After the game, the CSK players got gold medals and did a victory lap at the stadium to thank their fans.

This win was extra special because it was CSK’s 50th win at Chepauk and their last game of the season. Before the game, they asked fans to stick around for a surprise. After the win, they gave out tennis balls to the fans during their victory lap.

Meanwhile, former CSK all-rounder Suresh Raina joined his old teammates on the field. He hugged Dhoni and smashed a ball towards the crowd at the legendary wicketkeeper-batter’s request.
CSK Honoured With Gold Medals After Winning Home Match
The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) were given shiny medals at the Chepauk stadium after winning their last home game in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. They beat the Rajasthan Royals and moved up to 3rd place on the points table with 14 points. The players were so happy that they did a victory lap around the stadium to thank their fans for all the support.
Even though CSK still needs to win their final away game to make it to the playoffs, Ruturaj Gaikwad said it felt amazing to end their home games with a win.

CSK did a great job in their match against the Rajasthan Royals, winning by five wickets. It was a close game, with some drama when Ravindra Jadeja was given out for obstructing the field. But CSK managed to chase down a target of 142 runs with 10 balls to spare. Ruturaj Gaikwad was the hero of the match, scoring 42 runs off 41 balls.
