A video has sparked outrage on social media platforms, where a couple can be seen blaming a car driver after they narrowly escape a hit.

A video has been doing the rounds on the internet, showing a couple clicking photographs when a speeding car narrowly misses them. However, they are also seen blaming the driver for the narrow escape, sparking outrage online.

Dashcam footage shows a speeding car forced to put on the brakes to avoid an accident.

A video clip has gone viral on the internet, showing how a speeding car was forced to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting a couple. The video has sparked outrage among netizens, as it has once again put the spotlight on people risking their lives to take photos in the middle of a highway. The video captures the terrifying moment when a speeding car is forced to put its brakes on to avoid hitting the couple, missing them by inches. Instead of acknowledging the behaviour, the couple allegedly confronted the driver afterwards and asked him why he couldn’t see “such a wide empty road,” even though they were sitting in an active traffic lane.

Netizens react to the viral video.

One user reacted, “People don’t even accept their own mistake so much ego now a dayshappeneed once with me I didnt even bother to argue.” Another wrote, “Both the husband & wife deserve each other. Both of them have a combined IQ of zero.” A third person expressed, “The audacity to argue and say road dikhainahi de raha.”

Though the incident happened in August last year, it has only come to light recently and has now gone viral. Sharing the video on Instagram, a handle captioned it, “This is the level of ‘civic sense’ we now see from our so-called educated ganwars, who think that one ‘aesthetic’ reel or a few Instagram pictures are more important than their own life and the lives of others using that road. If even a small misjudgment had happened, the same people and their families would have instantly put all the blame on the driver, the vehicle, or the system – even though it was their sheer stupidity that created the situation.”
