Over the last few years, Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt have been spotted visiting the under-construction building several times in Bandra, Mumbai. Ranbir and Alia’s 1-year-old daughter Raha Kapoor has also visited the place. A video shared by a paparazzo on Instagram shows the multi-storeyed building almost complete. It is a six-floor building named after Ranbir Kapoor’s late grandmother, Krishna Raj Kapoor. The building is gray and light blue, with glass balconies and large windows.

Many fans weren’t impressed by the look of the new home of Ranbir-Alia. A person said, “Come to Punjabi Bagh or Prithviraj Road in Delhi, this is not a bungalow this is a builder floor.” One user commented, “Look like office cabins.” One user wrote, “Poor choice, it should have garden, natural beauty.” Some compared it with YouTuber Elvish Yadav’s home, saying, “I thought it was Elvish’s new house.” Another commented, “Woah. It looks so similar to Elvish’s house.”
A report said that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s new bungalow costs ₹250 crore and is the most expensive celebrity bungalow in Mumbai, beating Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa. It is also said that after the bungalow is ready to move in, Neetu Kapoor will stay together.
