The movie starring Rajkummar-Janhvi is creating a lot of buzz because its pre-sales are the highest of the year. With its advance sales, the film has made ₹2.15 lakh at the box office. According to the report, Mr. and Mrs. Mahi is anticipated to make between ₹6 and ₹8 crore on Day 1 and possibly as much as ₹20 crore throughout the first weekend. The romantic sports drama may also profit from its premiere on Cinema Lovers Day, which may draw 10 lakh viewers on its first day.

The Storyline

During an AMA on Reddit, Jahnvi Kapoor talked about the sultry moments in response to a fan’s query. Janhvi and Rajkummar, exhausted after their long day, had to record a kissing sequence. She talked about how “dead” it felt to film the “lively” romance sequences.
“Most of mine and Raj’s romantic moments in the movie, me and him were completely exhausted. Like I think one of our first romantic moments were after 20-hour shift and both of us were feeling like dead and we had bad tummies, our bodies were broken and then we had to look like we were falling in love and we were gonna have our first kiss but really we were feeling we were dying inside,” she wrote on Reddit.
Mr. and Mrs. Mahi is made under the banner of Zed Studios and Dharma Productions. Zed Studios, Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar, and Apoorva Mehta are the co-producers. In pivotal roles in the movie are Kumud Mishra, Rajesh Sharma, Zarina Wahab, Arijit Taneja, and Yamini Das.
