Coldplay added a show for Ahmedabad, and fans feel disappointed.
Looking at the never-ending love from audiences and fans, Coldplay added a new gig in Ahmedabad, the tickets for which had gone live on BookMyShow on Saturday at noon. However, as soon as the tickets went live, fans queued up in lakhs, and hence, many others who wished to be a part of the concert felt disappointed. Several of their fans also took to social media to share their frustration and disappointment. The booking for Coldplay’s three concerts in Mumbai in January 2025 had gone live last month in two shots.
Fans share their disappointment on social media.
An X user whose queue number at that time was around 3.5 lakh, shared a screenshot and wrote, “Why is @bookmyshow forcing me too look at my JEE main rank again and again?” One more wrote, “Even if we had 2 Narendra Modi Stadiums, I would still not get it (smiling with tear emoji).”
Coldplay announced two shows in September for January 18 and 19, 2025, at the DY Patil Sports Stadium. On massive public demand, they added a third show on January 21 at the same venue. The music group recently announced a fourth show in Ahmedabad.
