The Indian businesswoman and philanthropist showcased a stunning Brazilian Paraíba tourmaline necklace at Mona Mehta’s birthday celebration. She paired it with sparkling diamond earrings. She was seen attending the high-tea celebrations for the 60th birthday of Shloka Mehta’s mother, Mona Mehta, this weekend. For the celebrations, she wore a beautiful, colourful saree, but it was her jewellery from her personal collection that stole the show.

For the intimate celebrations, Nita Ambani wore an incredible Brazilian Paraíba tourmaline necklace from her personal collection. The necklace emerged as a show-stealer, which is one of the rarest gemstones. She paired it with diamond accessories, including earrings and rings. The rare gemstone, alive with its signature electric blue-green glow, was set into a long necklace surrounded by a constellation of sparkling diamonds. Brazilian Paraíbas are prized for their almost neon blue-green hue, caused by traces of copper, and are one of the most coveted stones in high jewellery. Julia Chafe, a jewellery influencer, revealed that the Brazilian Paraíba Nita Ambani has one that looks to be over 20 carats.

Nita Ambani paired the necklace with oval and cushion-cut diamond earrings and a magnificent pear-cut diamond ring. Just like her exquisite jewels, she wore a silk chiffon saree in a cream base, adorned with colourful floral swirls. She draped it in traditional style, with the pallu falling elegantly from her shoulder.
