The two actors were also seen flying out of Hyderabad, which led the internet to believe they were leaving for their wedding.

While the actors have chosen to stay tight-lipped, their recent airport sighting in Hyderabad has only added fuel to the buzz. On Saturday, Vijay was spotted at the airport, keeping a notably low profile. He was dressed in a relaxed outfit, layering a grey shirt, left unbuttoned, over a beige t-shirt, and pairing it with matching grey trousers. He even wore a mask. On the other hand, Rashmika was spotted arriving separately at the same airport shortly after. The actress opted for a minimal look, wearing a longline grey top paired with classic black jeans. She too wore a mask, but a tikka was also visible on her forehead.

Rashmika’s outing, coming soon after Vijay’s earlier sighting, set social media abuzz, with fans wondering whether they had left for Udaipur. One fan wrote, “Vijay &rashmika heading for their wedding?” Another wrote, “5 days to go..my dream.” Rashmika and Vijay reportedly exchanged rings in Hyderabad on October 3, 2025. The actors have been rumoured to be dating since they worked together in GeethaGovindam (2018) and Dear Comrade (2019).

Sources say that Rashmika and Vijay will marry on February 26 at a heritage palace in Udaipur. They will host a reception for industry friends in Hyderabad once back. The couple, however, has made no official statements on the same.
