Shatrughan Sinha hospitalized in Mumbai; son Luv Sinha shares his health status

Days after daughter Sonakshi Sinha’s wedding, father Shatrughan Sinha was hospitalized for a fever.

Shatrughan Sinha and family had remained the talk of the town for quite some time because of his darling daughter Sonakshi Sinha’s marriage to Zaheer Iqbal on June 23. Days after that, the veteran actor again has garnered news, but this time because of his ill health.

Shatrughan Sinha has been hospitalized at Mumbai Hospital.

Veteran actor and TMC MP Shatrughan Sinha has been admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai due to a high fever. This comes a few days after his daughter Sonakshi Sinha’s wedding.

Due to a “strong fever,” he is admitted to the hospital, says Luv Sinha.

Son, Luv Sinha, said he developed a “strong fever” on Sunday and hence was admitted to the hospital. He told PTI that he will also get his annual health checkup while at it. He told the media portal, “My father had a strong fever, and we decided to take him to the hospital so that he could recover and we could have his yearly tests done as well.”

Reports claimed Shatrughan Sinha underwent a minor surgery.

There were reports that Shatrughan Sinha underwent minor surgery, but denying the reports, Luv said, “I have been going there (to the hospital) every day, so (I) can tell you that there was no surgical procedure.”

Sonakshi-Zaheer visited Shatrughan Sinha.

Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal were seen leaving the hospital on Friday after visiting Shatrughan Sinha. Many speculated about their visit, but they were there to show their support and care for their father.

Earlier, Luv Sinha defended his decision not to attend his sister’s wedding, calling out a website for running an “online campaign” against him on a “false premise.” He emphasized, “Running an online campaign against me on a false premise won’t change the fact that for me my family will always come first.” His twin Kussh also denied reports of skipping the wedding.
