The woman noticed the driver’s suspicious behaviour.

As per a report in The Times of India, Azhar Khan recounted how his wife noticed the driver’s suspicious behaviour, including red eyes and erratic conduct. She repeatedly urged him to stop the vehicle. However, her requests were ignored, which forced her to make a drastic decision to protect herself and jump off the rickshaw. As the auto slowed down near a ramp in Nagavara, she seized the opportunity to jump out. She escaped unhurt, but the ordeal didn’t end there. The driver approached her and tried to persuade her to get back in. Staying composed, she refused and opted to pay for the ride online. She then found another auto to get back home safely.

The Bengaluru City Police responded, requesting Khan to provide his contact information and details about the auto.
