The Indian issue launch event for Variety Magazine was recently held in Mumbai, with big stars attending and gracing the red carpet. Akshay Kumar was also the cover star of the brand new Indian issue of Variety Magazine, along with Aamir Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Salman Khan. Akshay attended the event with wife, Twinkle Khanna. The couple chose black outfits for the occasion. While Twinkle slipped into a chic, glamorous skirt-and-blazer look, Akshay looked sharp in a tailored black suit.

Twinkle mesmerised everyone with her stylish presence at the launch event. She chose an all-black look that matched her husband’s. However, she clearly overshadowed him with her chic sartorial choice, compared to Akshay’s same-old black suit. As per a page on Instagram, Twinkle wore a black double-breasted wool blazer from the shelves of the French luxury fashion house Balmain. As for the skirt, it is the layered hole maxi skirt from the luxury womenswear label AWAKE Mode. The wool blazer featured ornate gold buttons, a double-breasted design, notch lapels, full-length sleeves, padded shoulders, and a tailored fit. The black maxi skirt featured a layered beige underskirt, holes that showed off Twinkle’s legs, a figure-skimming silhouette, and a floor-grazing length that rounded off her look.

Accessorising the look, Twinkle wore a massive gold necklace, a diamond ring, gold rings, diamond ear studs, stilettos, and a black clutch. For the glam, she chose a luminous base, highlighter, feathered brows, sleek eyeliner, mascara-coated lashes, flushed cheeks, and rosy pink lips.
