Vikrant Massey, the star that everyone has been talking about, especially after his much-acclaimed performance in “12th Fail,” in a shocking social media post announced retirement from acting. He has given back-to-back super hits like 12th Fail, Sector 36, and Sabarmati Express. The actor; however is now taking retirement from the acting profession, which has shook all his fans and admirers.

Early Monday morning, Vikrant Massey, shook everyone by releasing a statement, sharing that he has decided to take a step back from acting after 2025. He shared that 2025 will be the last time he will be seen on the big screen. As per reports, Vikrant is currently busy with projects like “Yaar Jigri,” and “Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan.” This also shook his Sabarmati Express co-actor Raashii Khanna, who expressed shock over his sudden decision, commenting, “What? No!”

Other actors like Dia Mirza and Esha Gupta shared their heartfelt responses on Vikrant’s retirement post. Dia Mirza wrote, “Breaks are best – you’ll be even more amazing on the other side.” Esha Gupta simply wrote, “Vikrant (heart emojis).”

Taking to Instagram, Vikrant Massey wrote, “Hello, The last few years and beyond have been phenomenal. I thank each and every one of you for your indelible support. But as I move forward, I realize it’s time to recalibrate and go back home. As a Husband, Father & a Son. And also as an Actor. So coming 2025, we would meet each other for one last time. Until time deems right. Last 2 movies and many a years of memories. Thank you again. For everything and everything in between (heart emoji).”
