A shocking incident took place in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, where two motorcycles collided with each other, resulting in the death of three and leaving one injured. The incident collided head-on on NH-148D, which threw the victims 100 metres.

Three people were killed in the tragic accident in Rajasthan’s Bhilwara, where two motorcycles collided with each other on Sunday, said police. The accident took place around 9 am on National Highway-148D (Bhilwara-Tonk). Due to the impact, both motorcycles were completely shattered, and all four riders were thrown nearly 100 metres away, police officers said. Jahazpur police station in-charge Lokpal Singh said, “Two motorcycles carrying four persons collided head-on due to high speed. Vishal Singh (19), Narendra (36) and Jitendra (35) died on the spot, while Rahul (18) sustained serious injuries.”

Rahul was taken to Jahazpur Hospital by locals with the help of an ambulance, where he is currently undergoing treatment. After the incident, a large crowd gathered at the scene, and police arrived to bring the situation under control. Police have shifted the bodies to the mortuary and informed the families. Lokpal Singh added, “The bodies have been kept in the mortuary, and postmortem will be conducted after the arrival of the relatives.” Preliminary investigation suggests that overspeeding led to the tragic accident, and a further probe is underway.

Reports also suggest that after the accident, when the victims were thrown 100 metres away at the accident site, the road was soaked in blood. According to the SHO, Vishal and Rahul were friends preparing for competitive exams and were heading in the same direction. Meanwhile, Jitendra and Narendra, who were also friends, had gone out for some personal work when the accident occurred.
