Manish Malhotra’s Paithani Saree makes Ananya Panday a Maharashtrian Mulgi in Handwoven.

Ananya Panday draped the saree in a classical and authentic Maharashtrian style.

The young and talented actress Ananya Panday is also known for her classic sense of style. Recently, the actress attended the Marathi Filmfare Awards. where she was seen wearing a fabulous Paithani saree and gold jewellery; her newest ethnic avatar celebrated the beauty of Indian craftsmanship while adding her own modern touch to the timeless ensemble.

Manish Malhotra designed the flawless Maharashtrian saree: the traditional blue woven drape featured neon pink borders and silver brocade embroidery. The pallu transitioned into a contrasting silver shade with beautiful nature-inspired patterns near the bottom edge.

Ananya Panday draped the saree in a classic traditional style with effortlessly arranged pleats at the front and the pallu pinned over her shoulders. The open pallu flowed elegantly down her arm in a floor-length trail, highlighting the saree’s intricate patterns and artistry.

Whereas the saree seized attention, her blouse added a modern twist to the look. The actress matched the traditional weave with a matching tube blouse. It highlighted a strapless design, a plunging sweetheart neckline, and sparkling embellishments along the edges. 

Her jewellery was equally chosen efficiently to enhance the look. Ananya wore a heavy gold choker necklace embellished with Kundan diamonds, which matched flawlessly with her gold bangles stacked on both wrists. The Call Me Bae star also opted for statement rings to complete the look.

The actress also wore a hairstyle that enhanced her beauty in the Maharashtrian mulgi style. Ananya picked a sleek centre-parted bun decorated with multiple flowers. She completed the ensemble with a soft glam makeup look featuring feathered brows, mascara-coated lashes, subtle winged eyeliner, mauve lips, rosy cheeks, a gentle black bindi and a fresh moist base.
