Raj’s mother said this on Sonam Raghuvanshi’s affair charge.
The last couple of days have reported about the tragic Meghalaya honeymoon murder case, which involved prime accused Sonam Raghuvanshi, who allegedly killed her husband Raja Raghuvanshi on their honeymoon in Meghalaya. She had an alleged affair with her lover, Raj Kushwaha, and both are blamed for having planned the murder. Now, Kushwaha’s mother has given a statement.
The distraught mother of Raj Kushwaha gives a statement.
A day after the Meghalaya police blamed Sonam Raghuvanshi and her alleged lover Raj Kushwaha for the murder of her husband Raja Raghuvanshi during their honeymoon trip to Meghalaya, Kushwaha’s mother claimed that her son was innocent. She said he had been falsely implicated in the crime, refuting the claims made by the police. She informed that her son and Sonam used to work together in the woman’s brother’s factory. She told ANI, “My son can never murder anyone. He is just 20 years old. I have not had water for three days…He used to work at Sonam’s brother’s factory. Sonam used to work in the same factory. Won’t you talk if you work together? My son is framed in the case. I pray that God will prove my son to be innocent.”
Raj Kushwaha’s sister said this on the murder allegations.
The accused’s family claimed that Raj hadn’t left Indore since the couple went on their honeymoon. His sister told ANI, “My brother is innocent. My brother Raj did not go anywhere. You can ask the people at his office. My only demand is that my brother should be released. He is not involved in the murder. My brother is innocent. Vicky and Raj are both my brothers, and they can never do something like this.”
On May 23, Raja Raghuvanshi and his wife Sonam went missing. Raja’s body was found on June 2. Sonam, on the other hand, who was missing, was found at a dhaba in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh and was arrested. She reportedly told the authorities that she was drugged and taken to Ghazipur and claimed she was innocent and that her husband was killed for jewellery.
