According to Dailystar, the incident happened in Sri Lanka. As she held the railings and leaned out of a train door, the tree branches suddenly hit her, causing her to pull away. The man who filmed the video was heard screaming in shock. Sharing the viral video, Dailystar wrote, “It reported the train was halted at the next stop, and passengers went back to help her. The woman was not seriously injured.”
