Hrithik Roshan to make directorial debut with Krrish 4

Krrish 4 has been officially announced, with HrithikRoshan making his directorial debut.

The official announcement of Krrish 4 was made recently. The fourth instalment of the hit superhero film franchise will be directed by Hrithik Roshan, who is debuting as a director. Previously, Hrithik Roshan’s Krrish films were directed by his father, Rakesh Roshan.

It’s official: Krrish 4 is in the works and will be directed by Hrithik Roshan as his debut directorial film. The superhero films, a spin-off of the hit 2003 film Koi… Mil Gaya, were previously directed by Hrithik’s father, Rakesh Roshan. However, Krrish 4 will be directed by Hrithik and produced by Rakesh Roshan and Aditya Chopra.

Rakesh Roshan posted a picture with his son on Instagram and wrote, “Duggu 25yrs back I launched you as an actor, and today again after 25 years you are being launched as a director by two filmmakers Aditya Chopra & myself to take forward our most ambitious film #Krrish4. Wish you all the success in this new avatar with good wishes and blessings!” Hrithik’sgirlfriend, Saba Azad, also commented on the post with heart emojis.

Fans were thrilled to know about Krrish 4 as they have been waiting for an announcement on the project after Krrish 3, which was released in 2013. It remains to be seen if a new actor will play Krrish or if Hrithik will continue leading the Krrish franchise since he will be directing the film.
