Way to go for India as Indian track and field athlete Avinash Sable reaches the Men’s 3000m Steeplechase final at the ongoing Paris Olympics 2024. This young athlete has made history at the Olympics for India, becoming the first Indian man to qualify for the men’s 300m steeplechase final on Monday.

It is a proud moment for India again as Avinash Sable reaches the final of the men’s 300m steeplechase at the Paris Olympics 2024. He has created history for India, becoming the first Indian man to reach the finals of the men’s 300m steeplechase in the Olympics.

The young Indian track and field athlete finished fifth in his heat with a timing of 8:15.43 minutes, which qualified him to reach the top 15 in the event. Steeplechase has three heats; the top five from each heat qualify for the final. Mohamed Tindouft won the Indian’s heat from Morocco with a timing of 8:10.62 minutes. The Indian started the heat, leading the pack for exactly one lap, and Abraham Kiriwot (Kenya) overtook the Indian. Sable then steeped to the fifth position, qualifying himself just in time to reach the final.

Avinash Sable’s fifth-place finish, becoming a qualifying athlete for the men’s 300m steeplechase final at the Paris Olympics 2024, has made everyone proud.
