At 75, Rakesh Roshan showcased his intense workouts, including heavy weightlifting and boxing, in a high-intense gym workout routine. His latest video shows him doing boxing and lifting heavy weights, motivating people to focus on fitness, and how age has nothing to do with it. Rakesh Roshan’s fitness routine now has inspired others. He shared the workout video on Instagram and captioned it, “It’s not about being healthy- it’s about feeling your best every day.” He was seen performing a series of high-intensity exercises with impressive focus and energy.

He did boxing, combining fast punches and footwork; barbell back squat targeting the legs, glutes and core; medicine ball leg exercise, performing leg exercises; seated cable row with a hop, including upper-body strength training with dynamic hop; pull-ups including an exercise ball to challenge his upper body and core. He even did seated cable rows, high kicks, burpees and leg stretches.
