For many entrepreneurs, success is often defined by revenue charts, valuations, or expansion metrics. But for Prateek Singh, founder and CEO of LearnApp, the true measure of progress lies in something far more personal, watching his team members unlock the doors to their own homes.

In a heartfelt social media post, Singh shared how several employees have built, renovated, or moved into houses over the past few years. He described these milestones not just as individual triumphs but as collective victories for the company. “2020 -> Joined as almost freshers. 2026 -> Bought/renovated their first homes,” he wrote, capturing the transformation of his colleagues from young professionals to proud homeowners.

Among the stories he highlighted was that of Anubha, who joined as a graphic designer and now leads the design team while overseeing processes across departments. Last Diwali, she completed renovations on her home, proudly sharing images adorned with fairy lights. Another inspiring journey was that of Supriya, who began as an intern seven years ago and now heads the tech and product division. Despite personal challengesincluding marriage, motherhood, and nearly quitting twice. she rebuilt her family home in Nepal, a milestone Singh described as deeply moving.

Chandan, a core member of the tech team, was also celebrated for his contributions to scaling LearnApp since 2021. Recently, he shared photos of his finished residence, a moment that Singh admitted left the team emotional.

Reflecting on these achievements, Singh emphasized that six members of their 70-person team have either built, renovated, or expanded their homes. For him, this represents the company’s true success metric. “The biggest purchases we make in life are never rationalized on an Excel sheet, but with the heart,” he concluded.
