Arshad Warsi reviewed Prabhas’ performance on Kalki 2898 AD and said he was like a “joker.”

Recently, Arshad Warsi gave a sour review of the much-talked-about post-apocalyptic film Kalki 2989 AD and criticized Prabhas for his performance. However, his review and remarks haven’t gone down well with Sudheer Babu. Sudheer has come out supporting Prabhas and said that Warsi lacks professionalism when making such statements.

During a podcast, Arshad Warsi commented on Prabhas in Kalki 2989 AD. While speaking on a new podcast interview with Samdish Bhatia, Arshad said, “Prabhas, I am really sad, why was he… he was like a joker. Why? I want to see a Mad Max. I want to see Mel Gibson over there. Tumne usko kya bana dia yaar. Kyu karte ho aisa mujhe nahi samajh mein aata (What have you made of it? Why do they do such things I never understand).”

On Tuesday, Taking to X, Sudheer Babu said, “It’s okay to criticize constructively, but it’s never okay to bad-mouth. Never expected the absence of professionalism from Arshad Warsi. Prabhas’s stature is too big for comments coming from small minds.”

Nag Ashwin directed Kalki 2898 AD, which created massive success at the box office. It has gone ahead in making ₹1100 crore globally. It stars Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan.
