The man revealed that after countless rounds of chemotherapy, doctors have confirmed there is “nothing left to try.” His message details the strange feeling of watching the world move on while his life “quietly” winds down. In the now viral post, he wrote, “Cancer won, guys, see ya!!!” He added, “Hey everyone, I am 21M, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer back in 2023. After more chemotherapy sessions and hospital stays than I can count, the doctors have told me there’s nothing left to try. I probably won’t make it to the end of this year.”
