He wrote, “His only wish is to be respected, which apparently is too much to ask for in private schools.” He then recalled a particularly distressing moment when his father broke down in tears, “He said he cannot take it anymore,” the son wrote in the post. Having lost his mother just a year ago, the young man expressed his overwhelming fear of losing his father, too. He wrote, “I cannot afford to lose him. He’s the only parent I have left. He’s my whole world.”
