Soon after the post came to light, several users hailed the Zomato-owned company for their heartfelt gesture. One user wrote, “Definitely a Nobel step. I ordered some stuff from the hospital today through Blinkit and called the delivery person to ask him to deliver it to our room. I was sceptical that he might give reasons like no parking. But he delivered it to our room without any questions. Thank you, people, for your empathy.” Another user commented, “These small small features create great customer loyalty for Blinkit. Their print feature is also a saviour!” A third user commented, “The world’s at its best when people care about people.” One more commented, “When i stayed in India Blinkit was a life saviour i bought charger, room heater, everyday cleaning supplies, snacks, hygiene products and even printed my documents through it. Their customer service is also great, unlike Swiggy.”
