After Kunal Kamra locked horns with Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal, he took a jibe at Zomato over one of their social media posts reminding customers to leave ratings for delivery partners. Kamra’s remark comes months after he criticised Zomato founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal for his post celebrating the achievement of Zomato of a Guinness World Record title. The platform poked fun at customers who don’t rate their delivery executives. The company on X wrote, “Some people skip giving ratings to delivery partners; the same people get upset when their work does not get recognition.”
Kunal Kamra reshared the post and slammed Zomato.
Resharing the post, Kamra wrote, “Someone people skip giving minimum wage & social security same people get upset when they are sent to prison.” The post amassed over three lakh views, dividing the platform. Many social media users rallied behind the comedian; others supported Goyal.
