Quick thinking led them to place an order with Blinkit, and when the rider arrived for the delivery, they guided him step by step over the phone, instructing him to use the spare key to unlock the main door and enter quietly without alerting anyone. The video then cuts to the moment the agent successfully opens the door and walks towards the balcony.
