When the representative asked if she was interested in the offer, Nambiar turned the tables and asked if he was feeling lonely and looking for a friend. She told him to press one if he wanted to chat with her. At this point, the confused caller pressed one, but after hearing more from Nambiar, he uttered a swear word and abruptly cut the call.
