Bollywood new pairs are like a whiff of fresh air. This year Bollywood would see some actors reunite and some absolutely fresh faces together. What a fun it would be to watch actors like Ayushmann- Sara and Deepika – Prabhas pairing together for the  screen. Here are some of the pairs we would be watching sharing screens this year.

Ayushmann Khurana-Sara Ali Khan

Just last week Dharma Productions And Guneet Monga’s Sikhya Entertainment announced  a collaboration with an action – comedy with Ayushmann And Sara in lead. It means a foray for Sara into the this genre while Ayushmann has attempted it with An Action Hero in 2022.  An Action Hero starred Jaideep Ahlawat With Ayushmann Khurana. It was released on December 2 2022 with positive reviews from the critics but underperformed at the box office. The yet untitled action comedy would be a  first Dharma movie for Ayushmann.

Ranveer Singh-Kiara Advani

Farhan Akhtar’s gangster drama Don 3 may not reunite Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra this time, but will feature a fresh pair in Ranveer Singh And Kiara Advani on screen. Kiara will also be seen in Shankar’s Telugu action epic Game Changer opposite Ram Charan. Ranveer was last seen in Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani with Alia Bhatt in lead role. The film was released on 28 July 2023 which garnered positive reviews from the critics. It also marked a film comeback for Karan Johar after musical romantic drama Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.   

Vicky Kaushal – Rashmika Mandanna

Mimi Director Laxman Utekar’s next Chhaava,  a historical drama on the life of Maratha Warrior Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj would cast Vicky Kaushal In titular role.  While ‘Chaava’ marks Laxman’s foray into period drama, it marks his second collab with the actor Vicky Kaushal after the blockbuster hit Zara Hatke Zara Bachke. Rashmika Mandanna who gained popularity with her blockbuster film Animal would be seen alongside Vicky in this historical drama. The duo would be seen together for the first time on screen.

Jr NTR – Janhvi Kapoor

Marking Janhvi’s debut Telugu film with Kortala Siva’ s action epic, Devara : Part 1 will cast Jr NTR in the lead role alongside Janhvi. It is a two-part action film. According to the reports, this film will also cast Saif Ali Khan in a negative role. Janhvi will also be paired with Suriya in her debut Tamil film.

Kartik Aryan – Triptii Dimri

Talking about Kiara, she will not return for Anees Bazmee’s horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiya 3. Kartik Aryan Will reprise his role as Rooh Baba in the threequel alongside Animal Actor Triptii Dimri. Tripti will also be casted with Vicky Kaushal in Bad Newz And Rajkummar Rao in Vicky Vidya Ka Who Wala Video. Tripti Dimri was seen in the movie Laila Majnu in 2018 with Avinash Tiwary and again in Netflix film Bulbbul. Laila Majnu met a lukewarm response from the critics when it released but received positive reviews for its story in later years.

Deepika Padukone – Prabhas

Nag Ashwin’s long awaited film Kalki 2898 AD will also introduce fresh pairing in Telugu Actor Prabhas And Deepika Padukone. Inspired by Hindu mythology, the film is set in a post-apocalyptic world in 2898 AD. It stars Prabhas in the titlular role alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani. First announced in February 2020, Kalki’s production faced a year’s delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Filming finally began in July 2021 at a futuristic set at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad, and continued sporadically in several legs over the next three years before wrapping in March 2024.
