Witnesses say he collapsed suddenly at the mosque’s entrance and could not be revived. Qari Saeed held a crucial role within Lashkar-e-Taiba, overseeing the department responsible for providing financial and logistical support to families of militants killed in encounters in Jammu and Kashmir.
